Today, I would like to focus on your weaker skills. Did you know that your weaker skills determine your income? This is why we must strengthen the more inadequate skill. We have to face reality here and dig deep to answer the question of which skills I need to improve. In my article, landing a job takes more than technical skill (https://www.netwerk24.com/netwerk24/landing-a-job-takes-more-than-technical-skill-20160526), I stated that “poor communication skills are often cited as a major workplace challenge for technical staff”. Furthermore, I argued that “reading is essential, be it the daily newspapers or a variety of fiction and non-fiction.”
So, today, I am asking you:
What are you reading 📖 today to ensure you are in the top 10%? Did you know that you need to read 50 books per year to be in the top 🔺 10%?
When last did you attend a seminar or webinar that speaks to your goals?
